Role Overview

As a Remote Product Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our In‑Home Usage Testing projects. Your responsibilities will include receiving product samples, following detailed testing protocols, documenting your experience, and providing timely, honest feedback to our partner brands. You will be an independent contractor, paid weekly via direct deposit or check, and you will have the freedom to choose projects that fit your interests and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect product samples delivered to your home.
• Read and adhere to the In‑Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project.
• Document your experience using screenshots, audio recordings, video clips, and written journal entries.
• Use the product for the specified duration and in the recommended manner.
• Complete online or mobile feedback forms within the allotted time frame.
• Participate in private chat rooms or focus groups hosted by partner research firms.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security throughout the testing process.
• Submit all required deliverables on time to ensure timely payment.
• Keep the product in good condition and return it if required, or retain it if the project allows.

Essential Qualifications
