Role Overview

As an In‑Home Usage Tester, you will serve as the critical link between your everyday life and the product development cycle of major brands. You’ll receive a product, a detailed test plan, and a schedule of tasks to complete while using the item in your natural environment. Your observations, feedback, and documentation will help companies understand how their products perform in real‑world conditions, identify potential improvements, and validate user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Handling & Care: Receive, unpack, and store the product responsibly. Follow all safety and usage guidelines provided by the client.
• Daily Schedule Execution: Complete tasks outlined in the In‑Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, which may include:
• Unpacking and initial setup.
• Reading and summarizing instructions.
• Using the product for a specified duration.
• Capturing screenshots, audio recordings, or video footage.
• Writing journal entries and detailed reviews.
• Submitting online or mobile feedback via secure portals.
• Participating in private chat rooms or focus groups hosted by partner research firms.
