The role will design scalable programs, automate campaign workflows using AI tools, coordinate cross-functional execution, and maintain program tracking and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement co-marketing programs with scalable workflows, governance, and success metrics
- Identify and automate manual processes in the campaign lifecycle using AI tools
- Manage end-to-end program execution, coordinating timelines and resources with cross-functional teams
- Maintain program tracking and reporting in Salesforce and other project management tools
- Create playbooks and frameworks for reliable program operations
Skills
- 5 years of experience in program or project management
- Proficiency with Salesforce and project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Jira
- Strong communication skills and ability to structure ambiguous work
- Experience with AI tools and building automated workflows
- Experience managing or building workflows within Salesforce
