Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Easterseals Florida is a mission-driven organization dedicated to strengthening families and communities across Florida. The Program Manager will lead the Incredible Years® Program by managing daily operations, supervising and supporting staff, ensuring program quality and compliance, overseeing expenditures, and building community partnerships. The role involves frequent travel throughout the service area and community engagement activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Incredible Years® Program
- Supervise, coach, and support a remote team
- Travel regularly to observe program sessions, support staff, and ensure program quality
- Coordinate staffing and provide direct program coverage when needed
- Develop and maintain community partnerships and referral relationships
- Lead community outreach and represent Easterseals Florida at meetings and events
- Monitor program outcomes, compliance, reporting, and documentation
- Oversee program expenditures and support budget compliance
Skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or a related field
- Experience managing programs and supervising staff
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in community-based services, family services, behavioral health, early childhood, or related programs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to learn and use program databases, electronic documentation systems, and virtual meeting platforms
- Ability to meet our approved driver qualifications in order to drive your personal vehicle, as required, for program-related needs (minimum age of 21 and good driving history)
- Experience managing grant-funded programs
- Experience with parenting, family support, or early childhood programs
