[Remote] Field Services Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 1Source Talent Acquisition is seeking a Field Services Project Manager to oversee multi-site installation projects from kickoff through closeout. The role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, vendors, subcontractors, project communications, billing issues, and final project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build project plans, schedules, budgets and timelines, and keep them on track
• Coordinate crews and subcontractors across multiple sites
• Track costs in real time, and review vendor invoices against contracts and scope
• Resolve billing discrepancies and flag issues early
• Lead project meetings and give clear status updates to leadership and clients
• Close out each project with a summary of results, budget and lessons learned

Skills

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in field services, construction, facilities, logistics or multi-site operations
• A track record of managing vendors or subcontractors and keeping costs under control
• Strong skills in Excel and MS Project
• Clear, confident communication with clients and internal teams
• Comfort with a fast pace and shifting priorities
• Visio is a plus
• A PMP or similar certification is a plus
