Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Connecticut Council on Problem Gambling is seeking a Program Manager to support the Multicultural Problem Gambling Prevention Program. The role will plan and oversee project budgets, timelines, teams, communication, quality, performance evaluation, and issue resolution for the grant-funded program.
Responsibilities
- Develop timelines, budget, teams and plan for given project
- Ensure high quality work is produced
- Anticipate and solve any problems related to the program
- Conduct performance reviews and evaluate program
- Facilitate communication between relevant teams
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in program management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Applicants must reside in the State of Connecticut for the duration of their employment in this position
