Remote Position

[Remote] Program Manager, Supply Chain Analytics

🌍 Remote · United States 💼 Full-time

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IE US Operations Inc., a member of the IREN group, is hiring a Program Manager, Supply Chain Analytics to modernize supply chain analytics and AI-enabled tools. The role program-manages cross-functional implementations and delivers models, dashboards, and AI workflows that support procurement, planning, supplier risk, and operational decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Support cross-functional implementations of analytics, dashboards, and AI-based tools by program managing requirements across stakeholders
  • Own the recurring supply chain analytics output creation and execution: spend analysis, supplier performance scorecards, lead-time and on-time-delivery tracking, inventory health and transformation KPIs, built on the governed datasets the Data Engineer maintains
  • Frame business questions from procurement, planning, finance and capital projects as analytical problems, and deliver answers with clear recommendations, not just dashboards
  • Build and validate forecasting models for demand, lead times and delivery dates on long-lead equipment, and should-cost and price-trend models for key categories
  • Partner with Risk Manager to develop supplier-risk and delivery-risk AI-based tool/dashboard
  • Prototype optimization and scenario models (inventory policy, allocation across sites, sourcing mix) and hand production-ready logic to the Data Engineer for deployment
  • Identify and deliver LLM and agentic use cases across the supply chain: extracting terms and specs from contracts, quotes and datasheets; summarizing and comparing RFx responses; supplier research and discovery; drafting supplier communications; triaging PO, invoice and shipment exceptions
  • Build these as repeatable tools with prompts, retrieval over internal documents, evaluation sets and human-in-the-loop checks, in line with IREN's AI and data-security policies
  • Partner with the Supply Chain Data Engineer on data requirements, definitions and quality issues surfaced by analysis; raise them early and specifically

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, data science, engineering, economics, supply chain or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years in analytics, data science or applied AI, with at least 2 years working on supply chain, procurement, operations or finance problems
  • Program management experience supporting multi-team and function implementations of tools, processes, or solutions
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, tools, stakeholder interactions, and processes and experience working with ERP/MRP, CLM, PLM, QMS tools
  • Hands-on experience applying LLMs to business workflows: prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation over internal documents, evaluation of outputs, and building small tools or agents with current APIs and frameworks
  • Proficiency in a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau or Looker) and in designing metrics people trust
  • Working knowledge of supply chain processes – source-to-contract, procure-to-pay, planning, inventory, logistics – and the decisions each one turns on
  • Experience with procurement and supplier-risk platforms (Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, Craft, Interos, Resilinc) or supply-market intelligence sources
  • Demonstrated experience building and validating forecasting or predictive models that were used in real decisions, and explaining their limits to non-technical audiences
  • Prefer experience in data center, AI infrastructure, energy, construction or other capital-project-heavy industries with long-lead equipment (GPUs, networking, transformers, switchgear, generators)

Benefits

  • Annual performance incentives
  • Opportunities to build long-term wealth through equity programs
  • Relocation or Living-out-allowance / per diem (as appliable and based on successful candidate circumstances)
  • 100% company paid health insurance premiums (medical, dental, and vision) for employees, 75% company paid coverage for dependents
  • Company-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance
  • Voluntary life, critical illness, and accident coverage available
  • Health Savings Accounts (HSA) – when combined with the High Deductible Health Plan
  • Employee Assistance Program and wellness resources
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Access to financial planning and legal services
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays
  • Internal skills training and advancement pathways
  • Professional development to support certifications, continuing education, or role related training
  • Company events and team-building activities
  • This role will work remotely until the Santa Clara office opens, transitioning to hybrid on-site work once the office is established.
