[Remote] Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NEO Energy is partnered with a leading EPC in the renewable energy space. The Project Manager will lead large-scale utility-scale solar projects by managing planning, budgets, schedules, resources, stakeholders, project teams, risks, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure effective communication and project alignment
• Supervise and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to junior staff
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and challenges proactively
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control measures, and regulatory requirements

Skills

• EPC Utility Scale Solar Experience is required
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within Solar/BESS
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects with complex requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project)
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
