[Remote] Project Manager - Oracle ERP Implementation

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. JRD Systems is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead TSA exit and company spinoff initiatives. The role oversees end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder coordination, risk and budget management, reporting, and transition efforts to support business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for TSA exit and Day 2 spinoff activities, ensuring alignment across business units, systems, and processes
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including task sequencing, resource allocation, timelines, and critical milestones
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clear communication and rapid issue resolution
• Drive integration and transition efforts to ensure business continuity with minimal disruption
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, proactively implementing contingency plans
• Track progress against milestones and provide regular status reporting, dashboards, and executive-level updates
• Manage project budgets and financial tracking, ensuring alignment with approved funding and forecasts
• Lead scope and change management processes to maintain delivery discipline
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and transition activities to support alignment and execution
• Support change management efforts, including communications, training coordination, and stakeholder readiness
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations
• Partner with Business Analysts to support requirements definition and delivery execution
• Continuously evaluate outcomes, capture lessons learned, and recommend process improvements

Skills

• 8–10+ years of project management experience, ideally supporting spinoffs, transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments
• Strong experience leading cross-functional, distributed teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Demonstrated experience with risk management, financial tracking, and project reporting
• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power BI (or similar tools)
• Oracle ERP implementation experience strongly preferred
• Smartsheet experience (workflows, dashboards, reporting) strongly preferred
• Experience working in large or regulated organizations preferred
• PMP, CAPM, or similar certification preferred
