[Remote] Project Manager with Rural Health Transformation

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Innovee Consulting LLC is seeking a Project Manager for a rural health transformation project. The role manages project planning, reporting, risks, stakeholder and meeting coordination, financial tracking, deliverables, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Document Management: Organize and archive project artifacts in the State-designated repository
• Project Scheduling: Create and maintain updated schedules with milestones, dependencies, and task completion percentages. Weekly updates required
• Status Reporting: Provide detailed project status reports using the State s Project Management Tool (PPMT)
• Risk/Issue Management: Maintain risk/issue logs, provide recommendations, and hold monthly risk meetings
• Facilitate Project Activities: Manage all project activities including procurement processes
• Stakeholder Analysis: Produce and update stakeholder registers
• Meeting Facilitation: Lead project meetings (status, backlog grooming, release planning, risk/issue reviews, etc.), prepare agendas 24 hours before and minutes within 24 hours after
• Financial Tracking: Track project financials and budgets using EPMO tools
• Decision & Action Logs: Maintain logs of project decisions and action items
• Change Management: Ensure scope, schedule, budget, and resource changes are reviewed and formally accepted
• Deliverable Tracking: Maintain deliverable approval matrices, ensure completion of Deliverable Expectation Documents (DEDs) and Deliverable Acceptance Forms (DAFs)
• Lessons Learned: Conduct lessons learned activities and produce reports at project completion
• Project Closeout: Produce a final closeout report

Skills

• Strong organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain document repository organization
• Ability to ensure planning documentation is adhered to
• PMP Certification (mandatory)
• HIPAA Training (mandatory)
• Must be eligible for U.S. employment
• Experience in similar missions
• Familiarity with EPMO process expectations
• Prior demonstrated experience as a skilled PM
