Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Triveni IT seeks an Epic Certified PB Analyst to build, configure, maintain, and support Epic Resolute Professional Billing and/or PB Claims applications. The role also supports implementations, go-lives, testing, troubleshooting, and billing-related workflows, with travel across West Coast locations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) and/or PB Claims application build, configuration, and maintenance
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex PB application issues
- Support application functionality, workflows, and billing-related processes
- Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, IT, and operational stakeholders to identify and implement solutions
- Support Epic implementations, installations, go-lives, and post-go-live stabilization as required
- Participate in testing, validation, issue resolution, and application optimization
- Provide ongoing application support in a fast-paced, high-volume Epic environment
- Travel across West Coast locations as needed to support go-live activities
Skills
- US Citizens (USC) / Green Card Holders (GC)
- Strong hands-on expertise in Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) and/or PB Claims
- Proven experience in application configuration, system build, troubleshooting, and supporting complex Epic environments
- Candidates must be available to dedicate their full professional time to this assignment throughout the contract and must not be simultaneously working another role
- Active Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims certification/proficiency
- Minimum 5 years of Epic Resolute PB and/or PB Claims analyst experience
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to working exclusively on this assignment for the duration of the contract
- Ideally 3+ years of hands-on Epic PB build and configuration experience
