Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sales Search Partners is seeking an experienced QA Test Engineer to support a large-scale healthcare cloud migration program. The role will perform application, infrastructure, security, data integrity, and cutover testing as systems migrate from on-premises environments to Azure, while managing defects, maintaining documentation, and supporting readiness decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute functional, integration, performance, and security test plans
- Support application and infrastructure migration testing across multiple waves
- Perform cutover, rollback, and parallel-environment testing
- Validate data integrity, system integrations, and security controls
- Manage defects and support go/no-go readiness decisions
- Maintain test documentation and compliance evidence
- Partner with QA, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams
Skills
- 8+ years of QA/testing experience
- Experience with data center or cloud migrations, preferably on-prem ? Azure
- Infrastructure/security testing experience
- Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with test automation tools/frameworks
- Strong defect management and test documentation experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Azure experience/certification
- Experience with formal governance or security review processes
