Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AT Talent - Rec2Rec is recruiting for an unnamed specialist technology recruitment business with a strong cybersecurity focus. The Senior / Principal Recruiter will build and own a cybersecurity recruitment market, win clients, and work with technology companies across the US.
Responsibilities
- You’ll have the freedom to work remotely, build your market your way and operate with genuine autonomy, while still having access to an exceptional team of experienced recruiters around you
- You'll be working with high-growth technology companies, startups, scale-ups and established organisations where access to exceptional security talent is genuinely business-critical
Skills
- An experienced 360 recruiter in cybersecurity
- A strong track record of winning new business
- Consistent high billings
- Genuine cybersecurity recruitment expertise
- The ability to build and own a market
- Commercial maturity and autonomy
- Ambition to push towards $1m+ billings
- A collaborative approach and desire to learn from exceptional people
- Know how to win clients, build relationships and create your own opportunities
- Ideally $300k+
