Own the reporting and analysis of referral marketing activities and outcomes, ensuring accurate tracking, visibility, and accountability across practices. Maintain consistent touchpoints with Operations to review performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and align on priorities and action plans
  • Brand Awareness & Community Presence: Support local practice with brand awareness and community presence (educational programs, hosted events, referral development activities) to ensure effectiveness and viability of community outreach, sponsorships, and internal and external marketing campaigns
  • Marketing Planning & Budget Management: Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with practice growth objectives. Track campaign spend, referral returns, and cost per acquisition to ensure efficient use of resources. Serve as a professional and trusted representative of the Practice Support Center, fostering strong relationships with practice leadership, providers, and local teams
