Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LIQUI MOLY USA Inc. is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, marketing efforts, and business expansion across the South Bay territory and surrounding area. The role develops customer relationships, manages existing partnerships, and trains customers to sell and use LIQUI MOLY products.
Responsibilities
- In this position, you will take an active part in the successful growth of our company
- You will be responsible for sales growth, marketing efforts, and business expansion throughout this region
- Working independently, you are responsible for your own success
- Develop sales strategies and increase the overall sales of LIQUI MOLY products
- Build new business relationships with business owners in the automotive aftermarket with distributors, service shops, and fleets
- Manage current customer partnerships with all channel levels
- Conduct training that teaches customers how to sell and use LIQUI MOLY products
- Territory Base: Bay Area South primarily responsible for the South Bay territory and surrounding area
Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales management (preferably in lubricant products or automotive aftermarket)
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset in developing accounts in a consultative manner
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with an upbeat selling style and energetic attitude
- Efficient time management and exceptional organizational skills are required
- Ability to influence and negotiate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong presentation abilities to customers and group audiences
- Legally able to work in the USA with no restrictions
- Have a current valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to use MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
