[Remote] Regional Sales Manager – PCB Materials

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for an unnamed client in the PCB and electronics materials industry. The role manages and grows customer accounts, sells technical PCB materials, develops new business, and expands revenue across Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing PCB manufacturing and electronics industry accounts while developing new business opportunities
• Sell technical materials used in PCB manufacturing, including copper foil, laminates, and related products
• Build relationships with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and technical decision-makers
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and expanding product adoption
• Collaborate with field application engineers, product management, and suppliers to deliver technical solutions
• Manage your territory independently, with regular customer visits throughout Southern California

Skills

• 5+ years of outside sales experience in the PCB industry
• Preferably involving PCB materials or distribution
• Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes, materials, and customer needs
• Proven success in account management, relationship development, and new business generation
• Ability to communicate technical product information and recommend solutions
• Self-motivated, independent sales professional
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
