[Remote] Regional Sales Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nokian Tyres plc is hiring a Regional Sales Representative to drive sales of passenger car and light truck replacement tires in an assigned territory. The role builds customer relationships, advises dealers and fleets on products and services, and monitors territory sales while primarily working from a home office and traveling to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients through research and networking
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
• Engage customers through superior product and service offerings as well as demonstrated product expertise
• Utilizing CRM tools, market analysis and other intelligence; monitor territory’s sales by customer
• Resolve territory and customer specific operational issues, respond to customer inquiries
• Uphold Nokian Tyres mission and values, and demonstrate supporting behaviors in day-to-day actions
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• 3+ years outside sales experience
• Demonstrated analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Excellent listening, consultation, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Proficient with MS-Office application suite and Salesforce / CRM applications
• Must possess a valid state driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the US without a visa or other sponsorship
• Preferably within the tire or automotive industry
