AO Globe Life seeks a Member Benefits Advisor to help individuals and families understand life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options. The fully remote, commission-based role involves connecting with prospective clients, discussing their needs, explaining coverage, and providing follow-up support.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
- Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
- Complete needs-based conversations to understand client priorities
- Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options
- Help clients understand coverage, benefits, and next steps
- Provide timely follow-up and professional support
- Maintain organized and accurate client records
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and team meetings
Skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
- Strong client-service and relationship-building abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable using online systems and virtual meeting tools
- Self-motivated with strong follow-through
- Able to work independently and contribute to a team environment
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
