Skills
- Extensive expertise in outside counsel management, alternative fee arrangements, RFP development and negotiation, as well as vendor and law firm pricing strategy
- A background in in-house legal operations or a top-tier law firm
- Experience managing multi-currency budgets and global spend programs
- EMEA stakeholder experience
