• Deliver a positive customer service experience through scheduled Zoom or phone appointments
• Educate clients on available options and help them complete straightforward applications
• Follow a step-by-step system that removes guesswork and supports long-term success
• Work remotely with full training, tools, and back-office support provided

Skills

• Have experience in customer service, teaching, hospitality, retail, or administrative roles
• Are dependable, professional, and comfortable speaking with people
• Are self-motivated and open to coaching
• Are a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
