[Remote] REMOTE - Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Functional Consultant - W2 Only

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HYR Global Source Inc is seeking an Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end ORC implementations and support the recruiting lifecycle. The role includes functional configuration, stakeholder workshops, integration and reporting coordination, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and post-go-live stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementations from requirements gathering through production go-live
• Lead functional workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with Recruiting, HR, Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders
• Configure and support the complete ORC recruiting lifecycle, including: • Job requisitions - Requisition approvals, Candidate applications, Candidate selection processes, Interview and offer processes, Hiring and onboarding handoffs, Candidate-to-worker conversion, Pending Worker processing
• Strong functional understanding of ORC integration with Core HR / Global HR
• Strong understanding of Pending Worker workflows, employee creation, assignments, transfers and HR transactions
• Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover planning, production deployment and post-go-live stabilization
• Develop test scenarios, coordinate defect resolution and work directly with business users during UAT
• Troubleshoot and resolve ORC production issues after go-live
• Troubleshoot ORC integrations with external job boards, career sites, third-party ATS/recruiting applications and other external systems
• Work closely with integration developers to design functional solutions for inbound and outbound ORC integrations
• Support users across ORC, Core HR, Global HR, Compensation and Payroll
• Troubleshoot issues involving employee records, Pending Workers, assignments, transfers and downstream HCM processes
• Design functional solutions for custom integrations, reports and extensions based on business requirements
• Strong understanding of Fast Formula, HCM extracts, custom reports and HCM integrations
• Work with OTBI/BIP reporting teams to design and troubleshoot operational and recruiting reports
• Mentor HCM technical developers by translating functional requirements into technical integration, reporting and extension requirements
• Perform root-cause analysis to determine whether issues originate from configuration, workflow, security, data, integration, reporting or downstream HCM processes
• Provide hands-on post-go-live support and stabilization in a fast-paced production environment

Skills

• Bachelor s Degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Or related field
• Minimum 12 Years Of Experience Required
• Candidates must have completed at least 3 recent end-to-end Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations
• Strong Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant background
• Deep hands-on expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
• Minimum 3 recent end-to-end Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations
• Strong hands-on experience with Core HR / Global HR
• Strong knowledge of Pending Worker processes and workflows
• Strong understanding of worker lifecycle processes, including hire, assignments, transfers and employee changes
• Experience leading CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover and go-live activities
• Strong post-production and post-go-live support experience
• Experience troubleshooting ORC integrations with job boards and third-party recruiting/ATS applications
• Functional understanding of HCM integrations, Fast Formula, OTBI/BIP reports and HCM Extracts
• Ability to design solutions and provide clear functional specifications to HCM integration/reporting developers
• Ability to work directly with Recruiting, HR, Payroll, Compensation and business stakeholders
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and client-facing skills
• Experience across Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Core HR/Global HR, Compensation and Payroll is strongly preferred
• We are looking for someone who can own ORC functionally from requirements through implementation and post-go-live support not simply someone who has supported Oracle HCM generally
