Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LVI Associates is recruiting for a growing civil engineering consultancy seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager. The role oversees land development projects from feasibility through construction and combines project delivery, technical leadership, client management, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Lead site development projects from concept through construction
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and client deliverables
- Coordinate internal staff, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Oversee project execution and maintain quality standards
- Support permitting and regulatory approval processes
- Review and oversee grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater designs
- Provide technical direction throughout project delivery
- Review engineering reports, calculations, and permit applications
- Assist with field issues and construction support activities
- Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards and regulations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project discussions
- Develop trusted advisor relationships through strong technical delivery and responsiveness
- Support proposal preparation and project pursuits
- Identify opportunities for additional services and repeat work
- Assist leadership with strategic growth initiatives
- Help expand the firm's land development presence throughout the Southeast
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience
- Strong land development and site civil design background
- Experience managing projects independently
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience with grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater design
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
