Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pride Health is hiring a Senior Compensation Analyst to support a confidential healthcare facility. The role leads compensation projects, conducts job and market analysis, collaborates with HR teams, ensures regulatory compliance, and improves compensation programs and processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead compensation-related projects and recommend updates to pay policies based on market and economic trends
- Conduct job analysis, job evaluation, and market pricing
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and HRIS teams
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment and wage-and-hour regulations
- Support compensation program administration and process improvements
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in compensation administration or a related HR role
- Demonstrated proficiency in job analysis, job evaluation, and market pricing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
