Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CyberCoders is recruiting for an unnamed client that provides a web-based CRM for financial advisors and wealth managers. The Senior or Staff Software Engineer will build and improve the client’s core product, AI features, and integrations, and contribute to architectural decisions.
Responsibilities
- Our engineers rotate between projects, and you will be assisting to build 1) core product features, 2) build AI features for client facing products, 3) build AI automation for internal tools
- Build core back end functionality in Ruby and Rails
- Use Claude to ship features using LLMs and agentic workflows
- Architect improvement to performance and stability
- Build React/TypeScript components for customer-facing features
- Build and deploy third party integrations which expand the functionality of our platform
- You will make architectural decisions that drive the next generation of our product, build/deploy third party integrations, and create components for our client facing features
