Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CyberCoders is recruiting for an unnamed company that provides a web-based CRM for financial advisors and wealth managers. The Senior/Staff Software Engineer will develop full-stack product features, build AI capabilities and integrations, and help shape the next generation of the technology stack.
Responsibilities
- Partner with our other very senior Rails developers who have been using the framework since 2.3
- Implement core functional using Rails
- Prototype, ship, and launch AI features using LLMs, APIs, and related tools
- Build and deploy integrations to expand functionality
- Make architectural decisions that drive the next generation of our tech stack
- Build and maintain components in both React and TypeScript
- Work closely with technical product teams to create custom user experience-led features
Skills
- Ruby, Rails
- AWS (EC2, Lambda, IAM, VPC, S3)
- React
- Experience with AI, Agents, Gen, AI, and/or Claude
- Experience developing full stack application with agentic AI
