Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AAA Club Alliance is hiring a Retail Insurance Sales Territory Manager to lead its retail insurance sales team across Kansas, Oklahoma, and South Dakota. The role drives insurance sales by training and coaching agents, developing sales strategies, managing staffing and budgets, and identifying market opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and update Sales plans and strategies to increase revenue growth
- Manage all staffing needs including hiring, training and reviewing Property and Casualty insurance sales associates while fostering a Shared Values working environment
- Develop cross selling techniques and educate associates on procedures
- Monitor individual performance Sales results, and develop and implement quality assessment tools and metrics
- Develop annual budget for the Sales Department
- Provide strategic direction in Sales for Sales Associates
- Research, analyze and monitor demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity can be minimized
- Monitor individual performance results, and develop and implement quality assessment tools and metrics
Skills
- Candidates must reside in Kansas, Oklahoma or South Dakota
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8 to10 years of experience working in the Property and Casualty insurance industry
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a sales-oriented environment
- Ability to lead and coach individuals to meet goals and objectives
- An active Propery & Casualty license required and the ability to obtain an Life license within 60 days of hire
- Excellent project management and training skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platform
