[Remote] Risk Analyst II

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pathward is hiring a Risk Analyst II to support the development, implementation, and oversight of its Risk Management Program. The role assesses and reports risks, develops and analyzes organizational reports, and works cross-functionally to support risk management processes and policies.

Responsibilities

• Designs and manages the implementation of risk management process for the organization including complex risk assessments involving analyzing risks and identifying, describing, and estimating the risks affecting the business and corporate initiatives
• Assists in the oversight of the risk management program. Ensures compliance to the risk management policies and facilitates ongoing independent risk assessments as needed
• Completes variance trend analysis and provides support and justification
• Assists in the development and enhancement of the risk management policies and procedures as required
• Monitors, reviews, and develops risk reports in an appropriate way for different audiences
• Performs problem management, resolution, escalation of issues as necessary
• Acts as a subject matter expert in designated Risk discipline
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent
• Attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
