Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tekgence Inc is recruiting for an unspecified client seeking an RPA-Tungsten Consultant. The role supports and monitors production RPA bots, troubleshoots incidents, maintains and modifies automations, and helps optimize existing bots.
Responsibilities
- Monitor RPA bots, job executions, and automation reports
- Troubleshoot and resolve bot failures, exceptions, and production incidents
- Restart failed jobs and perform bot maintenance activities
- Modify automations to accommodate application or business process changes
- Monitor the RPA Management Console and automation infrastructure
- Generate ad-hoc reports and perform mass-update automation activities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve automation-related issues
- Support continuous improvement and optimization of existing bots
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendors, business process owners and various stake holders
- Excellent oral and written communication
Skills
- 3+ years of RPA experience with Tungsten RPA
- Strong production support and bot monitoring experience
- Experience with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident management
- Knowledge of RPA infrastructure, Windows environments, and SQL
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
