[Remote] Sales Account Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Charcuterie Artisans is seeking a Sales Account Manager to build brands and grow the charcuterie category in the Mexican and South American markets. The role manages customer relationships, generates new business, and supports service across foodservice and retail, including broker management and travel to trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
• Conduct and execute quarterly business reviews
• Onboard new retailers and distributors
• Generate leads via cold calling, email outreach, and trade show follow-up
• Manage wholesale inquiries and sales leads through the website
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer interaction history
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Monitor sales reports and performance metrics
• Create customer presentations using existing templates and reporting tools
• Provide product knowledge and samples to clients
• Manage calendar, record sales calls and meetings
• Submit timely travel and expense reports
• Represent the company at trade shows
• Manage brokers: set goals, lead training courses, conduct reviews, and address underperformance

Skills

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
• Ability to speak fluent Spanish
• Passion for food and the charcuterie industry

• Willingness and ability to travel for client visits
• Degree in Culinary Arts, Business, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in sales or food manufacturing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
