Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rockwell Automation is hiring a Sales Executive to lead complex digital transformation sales pursuits for customers in the automotive and tire industries. The role focuses on integrating cybersecurity, digital/AI solutions, and Manufacturing Operations Management software, while building customer relationships and guiding opportunities through the full sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Guide strategic, digital transformation pursuits across your assigned accounts or region
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close, across Cyber, Digital and MOM solution areas
- Build and deepen relationships with business and technical leaders across IT, OT, and C-suite
- Partner with technical domain experts, delivery leaders, and account teams to shape value-driven solutions
- Identify new opportunities by understanding customer pain points, trends, and priorities
- Focus on long-term value creation, not transactional sales — clients measure your success by their success
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise or complex B2B sales
- 5+ years of experience in complex enterprise or consultative sales (solutions, services, or software)
- Experience selling to large companies in the automotive and tire industries
- Experience selling digital solutions including AI/ML, cybersecurity, industrial SaaS, IIoT, or OT optimization
- Experience with product development, manufacturing, industrial automation, or digital transformation consulting
- Familiarity with MES, PLM, cybersecurity, industrial AI/ML, or cloud platforms
