[Remote] Sales Manager, Power Test & Measurement

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. INNO Instrument America Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow its Power Test & Measurement business across the United States. The role focuses on developing accounts, managing sales channels, running product demonstrations, owning the full sales cycle, and sharing market insights to support product and pricing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts in EV/e-mobility, battery manufacturing and energy storage, power electronics (inverters, motor drives, power supplies), renewable energy, data center power, and R&D/university labs
• Run technical product demonstrations and compete against established brands
• Build and manage a network of manufacturer’s reps and distributors to cover a national territory
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, demo, quotation, negotiation, and closing
• Share market and competitor insights with management to shape product and pricing strategy
• Represent INNO at industry trade shows
• Keep the sales pipeline current in our CRM

Skills

• 5+ years of technical sales or applications engineering in electrical/power test & measurement
• Proven sales experience with power analyzers and power meters (e.g., Yokogawa WT series) and/or battery testers (e.g., Hioki BT series), or comparable products
• Deep product knowledge of these instruments — able to run demos and compare features with customers confidently
• Solid understanding of power measurement: efficiency, harmonics, power factor, battery internal resistance, and OCV testing
• Existing relationships with engineers and buyers in power electronics, EV, or battery industries
• Self-starter comfortable working remotely and building a national territory from the ground up
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (we are unable to sponsor visas for this role)
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Near a major airport
