[Remote] Sales Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CONMED is hiring a Sales Recruiter to attract, assess, and hire commercial talent across its U.S. sales organization. The role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, partners with sales leaders and HR Business Partners, and builds talent pipelines while supporting a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for sales and marketing positions ranging from entry-level through experienced professional roles
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, talent communities, and direct outreach
• Conduct candidate screens and assessments to evaluate qualifications and alignment with position requirements
• Manage multiple open requisitions while providing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
• Share relevant talent market insights and recruiting recommendations with hiring managers
• Utilize recruiting metrics and pipeline data to monitor recruiting activity and support continuous improvement
• Serve as an ambassador for the CONMED employment brand throughout the recruiting process

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience OR 2+ years of equivalent professional experience
• Experience using Workday applicant tracking system
• Agency recruitment experience
• Demonstrated experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and similar sourcing tools
• Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates through direct outreach, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and targeted sourcing campaigns
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
