Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. VXForward is hiring a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to design and implement Marketing Cloud solutions. The role focuses on data models, integrations, campaign orchestration, and enterprise solution architecture.
Skills
- Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement architecture and implementation
- Hands-on knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio capabilities as applicable
- Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience designing Marketing Cloud data models, Data Extensions, segmentation, and personalization solutions
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM integration, Marketing Cloud Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies
- Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, campaign orchestration, and omnichannel engagement
- Experience with enterprise solution architecture, security, scalability, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, testing, deployment, and release management practices
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
