Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Integration International Inc. is seeking an SAP PaPM specialist to support a large-scale S/4HANA transformation program. The role designs, configures, and supports allocation, costing, profitability, and performance management processes in collaboration with Finance, Controlling, SAP teams, and an implementation partner.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain SAP PaPM models for cost allocation, profitability analysis, and performance management
- Develop and validate calculation models and allocation logic
- Translate Finance/Controlling business rules into technical solutions
- Support data integration, model performance optimization, and troubleshooting
- Ensure financial reporting requirements are met with auditable, scalable solutions
- Participate in testing, validation, and documentation
- Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams and partners
Skills
- Hands-on SAP PaPM experience
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling
- Experience with cost allocation, profitability analysis, and financial performance modeling
- Ability to design/configure calculation models and allocation logic
- Cross-functional experience with Finance, IT, and implementation partners
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- SAP PaPM certification
- Large-scale S/4HANA transformation experience
- Regulated industry or transportation sector exposure
- Experience with Universal Model, Pillar 2, or other PaPM frameworks
