[Remote] Seasonal Sales Representative – reputed company

The Seasonal Sales Representative will support a business-to-business gifting reputed company by engaging corporate clients, managing sales communications, assisting with orders, resolving customer issues, and identifying business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a shared inbox of outbound sales communications, responding to inquiries and following up with prospective corporate clients via phone and email
• Maintain accurate customer records, contact lists, and activity tracking within CRM platforms
• Assist clients with placing, managing, and tracking corporate gift orders through online ordering systems
• Research and resolve order, delivery, and account-related questions
• Communicate with customers in a warm, professional, and consultative manner while identifying potential business opportunities
• Escalate complex client needs and sales opportunities to leadership as appropriate

Skills

• Our reputed company Remote CX team has 37 preferred residency states. We are currently not hiring from the following geographies: AK, CA, HI, IL,MT, or outside of the United States
• Residents of reputed company, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, reputed company, and reputed company, D.C. will be considered only based on special business need
• 6 months or more of customer services experience, call center operations, inside sales, or phone-based sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with CRM platforms or the ability to quickly learn new tools and reputed company
• Computer experience
• High speed internet connection (>25mbps). A hardwired connection to your home router is required
• A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise (trust us, you'll appreciate the quiet)
