Key Responsibilities

  • Expand Established AECO Accounts – Identify and quantify opportunities for upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal within existing customer portfolios. Use data‑driven insights to recommend solutions that solve critical business challenges.

  • Build a Robust Sales Pipeline – Conduct territory research, analyze market trends, and develop strategic sales plans that forecast quarterly and annual revenue. Maintain a healthy pipeline that aligns with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Cultivate Multi‑Level Customer Relationships – Engage stakeholders across functional roles—executive sponsors, technical leads, and procurement teams—to broaden the scope of brighthush’s solutions within each account.
  • Achieve & Exceed Annual Targets – Consistently meet or surpass a minimum annual quota of $1 million while staying ahead of product innovation and industry trends.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to align messaging, provide feedback on product roadmap, and ensure a seamless handoff from sales to implementation.
  • Leverage CRM & Analytics – Use Salesforce and Google Suite to track opportunities, forecast accurately, and generate insights that inform strategic decisions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite for managing complex sales cycles and territory planning.
  • Experience within the construction industry or selling SaaS specifically to construction stakeholders.
  • Expertise navigating complex, multi‑level organizational structures typical of the AECO market.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience selling to mid‑market construction firms (10–500 employees) or large enterprise accounts.
  • Knowledge of construction project lifecycle, BIM, GIS, or related technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strategic pipeline that supports long‑term growth.
