[Remote] Senior Account Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BX Studio is hiring a Senior Account Manager to own client relationships and drive retention and revenue growth across a portfolio of accounts. The role leads renewals and expansion sales, advises clients, and collaborates with project managers and specialists to deliver strategic digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary account lead and trusted advisor for your portfolio
• Develop strong relationships with marketing executives and founders
• Own renewal conversations and all account sales activity
• Identify, scope, and pitch expansion opportunities
• Ensure seamless client experience from sales handoff through ongoing delivery
• Proactively identify and resolve delivery and client satisfaction issues
• Understand our client’s business goals and build actionable roadmaps with PMs and capability specialists
• Collaborate with leadership on pricing, packaging, and account growth plays

Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in account management, project management, or customer success at a digital agency
• Someone who can operate autonomously and build strategic partnerships with marketing executives and founders
• A track record of building trusted advisor relationships with clients - not just managing accounts, but genuinely understanding their business, anticipating needs, and translating organizational goals into strategic initiatives
• You're experienced in owning renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and growing accounts. You're comfortable discussing budgets, ROI, pricing, and contract terms while maintaining excellent client retention
• You have strong experience with web design, development, and SEO projects in an agency setting
• You're interested in contributing to our account management playbook - templates, processes, QBR frameworks - recognizing that great account management is a team effort
• Experience with analytics, content marketing, CRO, and branding
• Digital strategy background that helps you advise clients beyond just delivery
