Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Aadi Bioscience is seeking a Senior Accountant to support its accounting function, including month-end close, technical accounting, and reporting. The role focuses on accurate financial reporting, U.S. GAAP compliance, clinical trial and revenue accounting, and preparation for IFRS changes.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Revenue accounting including gross to net analysis
- Clinical trial accounting and accrual analysis
- Intercompany transactions and related reporting and accounting
- Prepare journal entries through analysis, review of activities and supporting documentation
- Ensure proper coding and classification of expenses
- Review and approve expense reports, administer T&E program
- Participate in the accurate and timely preparation of the monthly and annual closing process
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, detailed analysis and other Flux analysis for quarterly review and annual audit
- Research accounting proclamations with IFRS changes
- Support financial statement audits and reports
- Assist with technical accounting research and documentation of new policies and procedures
- Assist with internal control systems for accurate financial reporting and mitigate risks
- Special projects and other ad-hoc assignments
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Experience with Business Central (ERP) environment, ReqLogic and other supporting systems or similar
- Organized, proactive, willing to learn and can-do characteristics with excellent analytical skills
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and explain accounting matters
- CPA license a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in pharma/biotech industry preferred
- Experience with leading edge AI tool preferred
