[Remote] Senior AI Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Fractal Analytics is a strategic AI partner to Fortune 500 companies with a vision to power every human decision in the enterprise. The Senior AI Engineer will architect Azure-based AI solutions, apply generative and agentic AI patterns, and lead technical teams while ensuring cloud security, governance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Architect-level Azure experience in client-facing roles
• Working knowledge of GenAI patterns (RAG, evaluation, guardrails) and Agentic AI (including Skills, MCP)
• Strong hands-on with core Azure services and Databricks
• Cloud engineering expertise: networking, security, DevOps, monitoring, etc
• Experience with AI app security & governance (IAM, data access, audit/auditability)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving; able to lead technical teams

Skills
