[Remote] Senior Analyst, Collections

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cardinal Health is hiring a Senior Analyst, Collections, within its Finance organization. The role collects outstanding accounts receivable, researches disputes, develops payment plans, reports account balances, and works with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts receivable, including dispute research, developing payment plans with customers, and building trusted relationships with customers and internal business partners
• Work directly with Service Leader for designated accounts for a single point of contact approach
• Responsible for preparing and reporting open accounts receivable balances for assigned accounts
• Work cross-functionally with all levels within the organization both internally and externally
• Facilitate meetings and presentations, communicating effectively with stakeholders and engaging participants
• Support customer needs by maintaining a customer-focused approach and identifying root causes of issues

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of experience
