As a Senior Consultant - Epic Professional Billing Consultant, you will leverage your technical expertise to assist clients in optimizing their EHR platforms and improving care delivery and patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assist client in IT ticket management
- Assist client with working down helpdesk tickets for specific Epic application area
- Provide production break/fix and maintenance support for designated applications
- Participate in production monitoring, troubleshooting, and quality assurance
- Field customer inquiries and attend meetings remotely, as necessary
- Optimization and upgrade support for given applications, as needed
- Update Client on project status
- May assist with other tasks as I needed and mutually agreed upon
Skills
- Epic Professional Billing (PB) certification
- A minimum of 3 years' experience implementing Epic systems in hospitals and health systems
- Willingness and ability to travel when necessary
- Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required
- Additional Epic certifications a plus
