[Remote] Senior Consultant, NICE CXone - IEX/WFM

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TTEC Digital is hiring a Senior Consultant to develop, test, and deliver NICE CXone IEX solutions for client engagements. The role combines hands-on implementation with client consulting, technology strategy, and support for project delivery and production environments.

Responsibilities

• The NICE CXone IEX Senior Consultant is responsible for the overall development, testing and delivery of the NICE CXone IEX solution
• This is a hands-on, highly technical role for resources skilled in both business and technical consulting experience
• You will be tasked to implement the NICE CXone IEX software
• Key responsibilities include all tiers of the technology, including (but not limited to) design and development of our products and features, unit testing, code reviews, resolving defects encountered during the QA cycle, supporting the production environment, and assisting other developers in a team environment utilizing agile or waterfall development processes
• Recognized as an external and internal thought leader within CX transformation, Process Automation Digital Transformation, and Omnichannel technologies
• Influences opportunity strategy to incorporate the right technologies
• Exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to client engagements
• Influences client leadership to establish overall business relationship and engagement strategy. Is primarily client-focused; however, does have some responsibility for internal functional matters and partner engagements
• Works on issues that impact design/selling success, future concepts, and product offerings
• Attend meetings and training as required
• Work with system analyst and project management for the successful completion of a project

Skills

• Design, configuration and deployment experience with NICE CXone IEX required
• 5 or more years' experience in NICE CXone and UC environments
• Existing knowledge and/or industry certifications for NICE CXone and process automation technologies
• Experience with enterprise level CCaaS architecture for complex business needs
• Experience creating and presenting to executive level stakeholders (technical and non-technical)
• Excellent customer-facing presentation skills with the ability to develop new solution pitches, value propositions, and demo experiences
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred
