[Remote] Senior Conversational AI & NLP Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ender-IT is seeking a Senior AI Specialist to support enterprise AI initiatives. The role focuses on designing and building enterprise-grade virtual assistants, complex conversational flows, and error analysis frameworks, while collaborating with technical leadership to deploy AI solutions across global client engagements.

Responsibilities

• We are seeking a Senior AI Specialist to design and build e nterprise-grade virtual assistants, complex conversational flows, and robust error analysis frameworks
• The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in NLP, core LLM fundamentals, and Transformer architectures
• Strong hands-on experience in conversation design, prompt engineering, and multi-agent system evaluation is required
• Exposure to ML inference optimizations (such as KV cache deployment) and multi-agent architecture fine-tuning is highly preferred
• You will collaborate directly with our technical leadership to deploy high-impact AI solutions across global client engagements
