[Remote] Organizational Change Communication Consultant

Robert Half is recruiting for an unnamed client seeking an Organizational Change Communication Consultant for a remote, long-term contract role. The role combines network infrastructure configuration and troubleshooting with stakeholder collaboration on organizational change communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Cisco routers and networking equipment to ensure optimal system performance
• Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls to guarantee secure and efficient network operations
• Implement and oversee Cisco ASA security solutions to protect organizational assets
• Utilize Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) to optimize routing and enhance data transmission
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective communication strategies for organizational change
• Conduct system audits and provide recommendations for improvements in network infrastructure
• Analyze network performance and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime
• Develop comprehensive documentation and reports to support change initiatives and technical processes
• Provide guidance and training to team members on new networking tools and systems
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure innovative solutions

Skills

• The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in networking systems and communication strategies
• Proven experience with Cisco routers and networking systems
• Hands-on expertise in configuring and managing Palo Alto Firewalls
• Strong knowledge of Cisco ASA security solutions
• Familiarity with Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) and its implementation
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of managing organizational change
