Remote Position
[Remote] Senior Customer Marketing Manager
π Remote Β· United States
πΌ Full-time
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Trulioo is hiring a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to lead expansion and adoption marketing for its existing mid-market and enterprise customers. The role builds expansion signal frameworks, campaigns, and customer advocacy programs in partnership with customer success, product, and RevOps, while using AI to improve marketing workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own expansion and adoption marketing strategy and execution across our existing mid-market and enterprise customer base, co-owning an expansion revenue target with customer success alongside adoption and advocacy as parallel measures of success
- Own the signal framework behind that work (product usage, account health, and commercial data), built with customer success and product rather than inherited
- Design campaigns, lifecycle nurture, and journey maps for enterprise buying committees, reaching multiple personas and stakeholders inside an account and tied to adoption and expansion outcomes
- Own the customer advocacy and case study pipeline, sourcing, building, and maintaining a bench of reference-ready customers
- Partner with RevOps on customer data governance, targeting, suppression, and segmentation, give input on which events and activations serve expansion accounts with the Demand Generation team that owns events, and report regularly on adoption, expansion revenue, and retention influence
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement while ensuring the responsible, secure, and compliant use of AI tools
- Build AI-enabled workflows, such as expansion signal scoring and account-level campaign orchestration, that customer success and the wider marketing team adopt, reviewing AI output before it reaches customers and using results to refine what you build
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At minimum eight years in B2B SaaS customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or expansion marketing, selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts specifically
- Strong cross-functional operating skill with customer success, product, and RevOps
- A track record of co-owning a revenue or expansion number with customer success, including the accountability conversations that come with sharing a target across two functions
- Experience standing up a signal or segmentation framework in an organization that didn't already have one, not just executing against a mature stack someone else built
- Real experience running account-based campaigns that reached multiple members of a buying committee, not a single champion
- A real portfolio of advocacy and case study work you've personally built, not just managed day to day
- A track record of improving data quality or governance with an ops partner, rather than working around a broken foundation indefinitely
- Experience with the following tools/technology: Salesforce and Marketo, or comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Demonstrated use of AI to drive an adoption or expansion outcome, a workflow, a signal model, or a campaign you built or directed, with results to show
- Background in fintech, identity, compliance, or another regulated B2B category
- Experience building a customer marketing or lifecycle function in an organization without a mature signal or data foundation already in place
- Familiarity with an ABM or account intelligence platform, Demandbase, 6sense, or comparable
Benefits
- For full-time, permanent employees: health, dental, and vision coverage; retirement plans with company match; paid time off; parental leave; and an annual education & training stipend equivalent to $1,000 in local currency. Specific benefits may vary by location.
- Bonus
- Hybrid model: typically three days per week at a hub location; candidates outside Vancouver or San Diego may be considered for a fully remote arrangement within North America.
- Weekly lunches, quality coffee, and regular social events.
- Parent rooms, on-site gyms, comfortable lounges, and adaptable workstations at some locations.
