On-Demand Group is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead cybersecurity initiatives supporting SAP transformation and broader enterprise security programs. The role manages concurrent technical workstreams involving SAP Security, IAM, SailPoint, GRC, security testing, and remediation, while providing business analysis, governance, and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives supporting SAP transformation, IAM, GRC, and enterprise security programs
- Manage projects involving SAP Security, SailPoint integrations, penetration testing, security monitoring, integration security, and remediation
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and dependencies
- Manage multiple concurrent cybersecurity projects across technical and business teams
- Assess in-flight projects, identify delivery gaps, and implement corrective actions to stabilize at-risk initiatives
- Coordinate Cybersecurity, SAP, Infrastructure, Architecture, Audit, vendor, and business stakeholders
- Drive security assessments, testing, remediation activities, and go-live readiness
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
- Hold project teams and vendors accountable for deliverables and timelines
- Ensure cybersecurity milestones remain aligned with the broader SAP implementation schedule
- Gather, analyze, and document business, technical, and cybersecurity requirements
- Translate security requirements into actionable project deliverables
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and establish alignment
- Coordinate security reviews, control validations, penetration testing, and readiness assessments
- Track remediation activities, risk acceptances, security approvals, and implementation readiness
- Support process analysis, documentation, testing coordination, and issue resolution
- Partner with cybersecurity and technical teams to identify security gaps and ensure appropriate remediation activities are completed
- Maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, action items, status reports, financial trackers, and governance documentation
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, organized, and audit-ready
- Provide clear project status reporting to technical stakeholders, management, and executive leadership
- Track project health, cybersecurity readiness, risks, dependencies, and key milestones
- Maintain strong project controls and compliance with established PMO standards
- Support project financial tracking, resource planning, and milestone management
- Drive accountability and consistent project management practices across multiple initiatives
Skills
- 10+ years of combined Project Management and Business Analysis experience supporting complex enterprise technology initiatives
- Strong experience leading cybersecurity, IT security, risk management, compliance, or security remediation projects
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects involving technical and business stakeholders
- Experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives involving IAM, access management, GRC, SAP Security, or enterprise security transformation
- Proven ability to assess, stabilize, and recover troubled or at-risk projects
- Strong experience with project planning, scope management, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance
- Hands-on Business Analysis experience, including requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder facilitation, and process analysis
- Experience coordinating cybersecurity teams, infrastructure resources, architecture teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Experience supporting security assessments, testing, remediation tracking, approvals, and implementation readiness
- Strong understanding of structured PMO methodologies and project governance
- Experience maintaining comprehensive, audit-ready project documentation
- Excellent organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently manage competing priorities and drive technical projects toward completion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and project portfolio management tools
- Experience managing cybersecurity workstreams within SAP implementations or SAP transformation programs
- Experience with SAP Security and SAP GRC
- Experience leading Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives
- Experience with SailPoint implementations or integrations
- Experience coordinating penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and security remediation
- Experience with SAP integration security, platform security, and security monitoring
- Experience supporting security readiness for enterprise application go-lives
- Experience working with cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, and audit teams
- Experience managing large enterprise transformation programs
- Experience with Clarity PPM, DocuSign, and Microsoft Copilot
- PMP or other relevant project management certification
