[Remote] Senior Director of Marketing

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SoFi Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to lead marketing strategy and growth for its core financial products. The role oversees omnichannel user acquisition, marketing performance, and a high-performing marketing organization while ensuring campaigns comply with financial-services regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive market expansion and brand growth strategies to consistently increase the user base and brand value across SoFi’s core financial product lines
• Lead data-driven digital marketing, performance marketing, and user acquisition teams to optimize marketing return on investment (ROI)
• As a key member of the executive team, manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing, diverse marketing organization, while fostering effective cross-functional collaboration (e.g., with Product, Compliance, Engineering, and Data Science teams)
• Ensure that all innovative marketing campaigns, promotions, and strategies strictly adhere to U.S. laws, regulations, and compliance standards governing the financial services and fintech industries

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field
• Extensive experience in senior marketing management or executive-level roles at prominent technology companies, financial institutions, or high-growth, publicly traded fintech firms
• Deep expertise in performance marketing and brand building, exceptional analytical and data-driven insights, and outstanding cross-functional and cross-cultural communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, distributed environment
• Possess legal authorization to work full-time in the U.S
