The role engages children and families, shares program information, collects parent contact details, and supports on-site registrations.
Responsibilities
- Rock in-person events like fall festivals, trunk-or-treats, fairs, and vendor booths
- Chat with kids (ages 3–10) and their parents, answer questions, and share why families love i9 Sports
- Stay focused on collecting parent contact information accurately and completely
- Lock down registrations on the spot when parents are ready to sign up
- Be ready to jump in when fun last-minute event opportunities pop up
- Represent the team with energy, accuracy, and attention to detail
Skills
- Are great with kids and enjoy interacting with little ones and their parents
- Can have fun while staying laser-focused on the details that matter
- Like structure and following a clear plan (no guesswork!)
- Can stay organized and capture contact info correctly even when it's busy
