The company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support technology finance, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, and financial governance initiatives. The role will partner with technology and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze spending, improve financial processes, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly financial review processes
- Conduct monthly CapEx forecast reviews and partner with technology stakeholders to assess financial performance
- Analyze actual spend against budget and forecast, identifying key risks, trends, and opportunities
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations to support decision-making
- Monitor CapEx and OpEx spending, project budgets, and resource utilization
- Support financial governance activities, including funding approvals, purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking
- Develop financial models and perform ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and improve reporting accuracy
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance financial processes, controls, and reporting
- Attend regular internal practice community meetings
- Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
- Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
- Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
- Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
- Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting Technology, Digital, or IT organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field required
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience working with financial systems and reporting platforms
- Experience supporting technology finance, CapEx/OpEx management, or financial governance initiatives
