An undisclosed electrical services provider is seeking a Director of Protection & Controls Operations to lead day-to-day operations across a geographically distributed business. The role focuses on developing managers, strengthening utility customer relationships, overseeing financial and workforce performance, and supporting growth and business integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop General Managers and field teams across multiple locations, driving accountability, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee P&L performance, including revenue, gross margin, utilization, forecasting, budgeting, and workforce planning
- Build strong utility customer relationships and ensure reliable service delivery across geographically dispersed teams
Skills
- 15+ years of relevant electrical services or technical field operations experience
- 5+ years leading multi-location operations and managers
- Strong financial and people leadership
- P&C, relay testing, substation, and commissioning experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
